Hello friends! Welcome to rashmichaharcom Today I am making vegetable cheese paratha It tastes good filled with veggies and cheese

Lets start Prepare dough for paratha I have taken 3 cups flour, add 1 tsp salt Add 2 tbsp oil Curd: 2 tbsp Mix it Add small water at a time and prepare dough Dough is ready, keep it aside for 15 minutes Till the time, dough gets set for 15 minutes, lets prepare stuffing 1 tbsp oil Oil is heated, add 1 pinch Asafoetida(hing) and 1/4 tsp cumin seeds Cumin seeds have turned brown Chopped onion: 1/2 cup Capsicum: 1 cup Grated carrots: 1 cup Cabbage: 2 cups Green chilli: 1 Salt: 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp or as per taste Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes Lets check after 2 minutes Turn off the burner and add 1 tbsp green coriander Mix it Let it cool down Dough is set, lets prepare paratha Stuffing has also cooled down Take small ball size dough Round it Dust it with dry flour Flatten in 3-4 inch diameter Fill stuffing Put 1 tbsp grated cheese Enclose it Dust it with dry flour Flatten it in medium size carefully I have flatten it Pan is hot place the paratha on it Flip it to another side as it is roasted from beneath Let it roast Apply ghee/butter as it is roasting from other side Flip it apply ghee/butter this side too Paratha is ready transfer it in a plate Like this make all parathas If parathas are splattered by this approach, i will tell you another way Take two same sized umps of dough Make chapatis of them Flatten as chappati Same for another lump Put stuffing on one chapati Parathas wil not splatter by this way of stuffing 1 tbsp cheese Cover with another chapati Lock it carefully Dust it in dry flour We can prepare all parathas like this Parathas are ready you too try it Give a like if you like this video and do subscribe to my channel, thank you!
