Steamed bread rings $ Easy to cook Bread roll $ Breakfast for kids

Hello friends !! I am Anita Singh welcomes you on our channel FGE I hope you all like my Aloo Tikki recipe Kids won’t like to bring the homemade food (chapati with veggies), they are more interested on having outside food Today I will share one of my Bread roll recipe with you all which will be liked by kids definitely Let’s check out the ingredients-Bread boiled potatoes 1 bowl gram flour 1 tsp Coriander powder 1tsp Garam Masala Salt to taste tsp Amchoor or Chaat masala 1 tsp red chilly powder Soya Sauce Vinegar Sliced onion, capsicum, cauliflower You can add veggies as per your likes and chopped coriander leaves I have pealed out potatoes, I am adding salt per taste,red chilly powder,coriander powder, aamchoor/chaat masala, chopped coriander leaves Mash the potatoes and mix all ingredients well Make sure that there is no lumps potato mixture/stuffing is ready Take a big bowl, add gram flour and 2-3 pinches of salt Add water gradually Mix it well to make medium thick batter & there should be no lumps in the batter Gram flour batter Let’s take bread slice Trim the edges of the bread slices In the same way trim the edges of all bread slices I have trimmed all its side Take one bread slice and roll each of the bread every thin with rolling pin Brush the one side of bread with water to seal the ends after rolling the bread Spread the stuffing over the bread slice After spreading the stuffing lift the bread slice from one side slowly and roll the bread into a cylinder shape Make all the bread rolls in the same manner All breads slices are stuffed Now I am boiling the water When the water starts boiling placed the oil greased streamer on the top of the pan Now dip the bread rolls with gram flour batter Put the dipped bread rolls on to the steamer pan one by one Now cover with the lid and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes Take another pan on medium flame Add oil Once the oil becomes hot add sliced onion & saute well Now add chopped capsicum & saute well Add cauliflower & saute well Veggies are mixed well and fried Add spices- salt & red chilly powder as per taste, 1 tsp coriander powder, garam masala, aamchoor powder and mix well It’s been 10 minutes, now uncover the lid Bread rolls are steamed Turn off the flame Cover the lid again for 5 minutes Remove the cover & keep it aside to cool down completely Take the help of sharp knife and take out the rolls slowly take out from the steamer pan & take 5 minutes more to cool it down Add soya sauce over the veggies pan Let it cook for 2 minutes (Do not overcook the veggies let it be crunchy) Add bread rings in pan and saute softly Add vinegar on it and saute for 2 minutes Bread rolls are ready Turn off the flame and Our Bread roll/bread rings are ready to serve
