Hi lovely people Today I'm going to make Spaghetti with meatballs

This is one of the dish my father used to make What a memory, never forget It was the flavour of the Parmesan and the garlic inside They used to fried all these lovely meatballs So I have here 250 grams of pork

250 grams of beef Spread them all round Tablespoon of olive oil, a little salt, black pepper All this memory it almost feels as if my father is beside me My hands are directed the way he used to do it

One egg to bind everything together, fresh breadcrumbs, handful of parsley 3 cloves of garlic chopped quite fine Make sure you got lovely cheese 3 tablespoons Parmesan is the king

Now where the masterchef comes along, start to mix This is another memory of my father, he used to make me do that and he used to always say to me, ah yours is better than mine My father used to say not to make it bigger then that because if you make bigger then that you can't really grasp the spaghetti as well while you eating Put some flour on it They're all perfect round

I need to fry, so olive oil, lets get in with the meatball Give them a quick stir Let me wash my hands Turn down the temperature a little bit because it cooks too fast So good to work on this Hotpoint cooker because it can control the gas the way you like

It is a joy The meatball they are ready My father would spoon out the meatball and he always used to make extra, so he used to come along and they used to get this lovely meatball, look at that Oh my God He was the king of making meatballs and he used to say to me do you like it? I would say yes papa yes I do like it

That his memory I got this feeling Anyway Yes lovely sauce, I need to put the meatball inside Cover, turn that just a little bit more and let it simmer for about 10 minutes Fresh spaghetti, what a joy
