Quick/Easy Breakfast recipe/Idea using bread in Hindi with Eng subtitles-Bread Dhokla/Omelet w/o egg

Hi Guys Welcome to my channel and my name is AVNI  Today, I will be sharing with you 2 quick and easy breakfast recipes Both the recipes are made from bread 1st recipe is “bread dhokla” 2nd recipe is “bread Omelet without egg” Let’s check out the video now Please don’t forget to like, share and subscribe my channel

First we will prepare “bread dhokla” To start with, we will take a clean bowl and add 3 tablespoon of yogurt to it Add 2 tablespoon of shredded coconut Add 1 tablespoon of “Green chutney” you can find the video link to my channel for “how to make green chutney at home” in the description box below You can add salt and other spices as per your taste Mix it well Take the bread slices and remove the brown border or the crust

Sandwich the prepared mixture between the 3 slices just spread the mixture between the slices Now we will prepare the “sweet bread dhokla”… Process for this is almost similar to the one I showed you before Add 2 tablespoon of yogurt to it Add 2 tablespoon of shredded coconut, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, Add salt as per your taste As we did earlier, Take the bread slices and remove the brown border or the crust

Spread the mixture and sandwich the prepared mixture between the 3 slices Next step, preheat your pan to medium heat and add 1 big spoon of oil / butter (If you guys want, you can reduce the quantity of oil/butter for this) Add – 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds Add 1-2 chopped long green chilies & curry leaves Stir it Stir for a minute or so, till the mustard starts spluttering

After a minute – put the prepared bread slices on the pan Turn upside down and make sure both sides of bread turn golden brown Here we GO!! – ITS DONE If you want, you can add a topping of tomato ketchup it takes only few minutes to prepare and even kids love it!! Let’s check out the 2nd recipe now To start with, take a big bowl – Add one cup gram flour Add 2 tablespoon of Semolina Add ½ tablespoon of cumin seeds, carom seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder Add salt as per your taste Mix it well Now I will add some chopped vegetables – ginger, onion, capsicum, cilantro & tomato Mix it well

Add water to the mixture accordingly in such a way that there should not be any lumps in the mixture Add some chopped cottage cheese to it… (If you want, you can skip this step) Mix it well!! Pre heat you pan to medium heat, Add some oil to it Dip the slices of bread in the mixture and then put in the pan turn upside down Make sure your stove’s heat level is medium or else it will be uncooked or partially cooked It’s Done, Transfer it to the plate
