Marathi raw/green mango pickle (Kolkata -Jorashanko Tagore Family's recipe) First, dry roasted all spices in a dry pan 6 whole dry red chilies 1 tsp whole fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp whole cumin seeds ¾ tsp of black mustard seeds ¾ tsp yellow mustard seeds) Keep frying on medium flame Grind the dry roasted spices in a grinder

Keep aside in a dry and clean bowl Now heat a pan Give it 250 grams of mustard oil (Give that amount of oil so that all of the pieces of mango sink) First heat the oil, so that the smoke starts out Now turn off the gas Now add one by one- ¼ tsp hing/asafoetida dry roasted spices powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp salt Mix all spices with oil Allow the oil to be completely cold When it gets cool, mix 22 raw/green mango pieces slowly with a dry spoon Then fill the pickle in a clean glass container One thing to remember is that this pickle can not be given in the sunBecause it will be wasted in the sun Keep the bottle in the cool place of the room for 2-3 months Then use it Don't forget to share, and give like/comments/subscribe my channel
