Hello friends!! I am Nisha Generally we mother's complaint about not increase in our kids weight today recipe is for all those mother who want to increase their kids weight this recipe is full of energy, carb and protein in a mixing bowl add 1 cup all purpose flour 1/4 cup wheat flour 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp oil mix it dry now knead a dough with water dough is ready and now apply oil and cover it knead the dough once again and make small balls since we have to make layered parantha make a big ball grate the mozzarella cheese for the stuffing sprinkle some dry maida on working surface start rolling with the rolling pin and make a big circle spread ghee fold the sides as shown add cheese and again fold seal all the sides properly so that cheese does not come out heat the tava and put the parantha on tava on medium flame you will see parantha is done so flip it apply ghee
