Hello freinds today we r making caramel kulfi ingredients r 1 litre or 4 cups milk, sugar 100 g, caramel toffees 12-13, Albelebel toffes Add 4 cups milk in wok, Add sugar Cook milk until its quarter left, U can use these coffee kopiko caramel toffee too, Crush toffees in mortar pestle, Crush toffees, See its half, I added few green cardamon seeds 1/4 tsp cardamon powder, U can add screwpine essence /kewra water or saffron or rose water 1/4 tsp too, Its ready, let it cool, U need cups or kulfi/icecream molds,foil paper,screwers,rubber bands Add caramel toffee into kulfi/icecream, Mix, Add icecream/kulfi into cups n press it with spoon, Add screwers in 2 cups, Add caramel crushed toffee on top, Cover 2 cups with foil paper n tie rubber band, Keep these in freezer for 6-8 hours, After 8 hours see i unmold it, I kept water on heat, Move knife all around malai/icecream cup, keep cup in hot water, then unmold it with screwer, Switch off boiling water gas, See i unmold all these, Thanku for watching plz subscribe n hit like button,
