1. 1/2 cup blueberries ( frozen)
2. 1/2 cup Raspberries (frozen)
3. 1/2 cup pineapples (frozen)
Blend everything together, pour in a bowl and add topping.
2. Old Fashion oats or rolled oats
3. Slivered almonds
Now have a snack when a few hours later. Chose a fruit or hand full of raw almonds.
2. Lunch cucumber salad
1. 1 cup cucumber
2 .1 cup cherry tomatoes
3. 5 black olives
1. 1/2 lemon juice
2. 1 tsp rice vinegar
3. Pinch of salt (Himalayan)
Now have a snack a few hours later. Continue to drink water throughout the day as well.

2. 1 apple
3. 1/2 cups blueberries
4. 1 tsp pomegranate (optional)
1. 1/2 lemon juice
2. Pinch of (Himalayan salt)
